„Authorization of real property contracts is also a part of our legal services for our clients in the field of real estate law.“

Advantages of authorization:

  • the cadastral office must decide on registering the transfer of ownership of real property within 20 days (instead of the standard term of 30 days),
  • in the case of an electronic submission of an application for registration certified by a guaranteed electronic signature which is at our disposal, the cadastral office fees are reduced by 50%,
  • no need to certify signatures from a notary on the contract for the transfer of real property,
  • the cadastral office, in comparison with the "classical" consideration of the application for registration takes into account in the authorized contract only the fulfilment of the process requirements for the authorization of the registration and the compliance of the contract with the cadastral operator, while the evaluation of the real property transfer contract is not carried out.
