The Corporate law
The spectrum of legal services in corporate law includes, first of all:
- comprehensive legal consultancy on corporate law, including the processing of legal analyses related to the performance of specific business activities in the Slovak Republic and the countries of the European Union,
- preparation of the documents required to found and create all types of trading companies, cooperatives and their organizational units,
- ensuring the acquisition of a permit for business activities and the recording of trading companies and cooperatives in the Commercial Register,
- making changes in trading companies (changing the name or location of a company; dividing and transferring a commercial share, changing an owner, trustee or executive officer; changing the subject of business; increasing and decreasing the registered capital, etc.),
- preparation of legal audits (due diligence) related to the acquisition and distribution of commercial shares in Slovak trading companies,
- merging of trading companies (company closure without liquidation),
- liquidation of trading companies,
- legal advice on acquisitions, mergers and investments.
