Mgr. David Simko became a member of the law firm KubalaLegal at the time of his studies at the Faculty of Law, Pavol Jozef Safarik University in Kosice, in 2015, when he took the position of a lawyer’s assistant. After successfully graduating in 2017, he began his practice as a law clerk. He is currently in the process of writing his Doctoral Thesis at the Faculty of Law, Pavol Jozef Safarik University in Kosice, to improve his professional knowledge.

Commercial and Civil Law
In the sphere of commercial law Mgr. David Simko focuses first of all on corporate law and contractual law. Within the respective spheres, his activities are aimed at the formation and management of companies, preparing and perfecting contracts and elaborating legal analyses. He also specializes in the formation and development of foreign enterprises in the Slovak Republic.
Family law and real estate law represents his top two priorities in the sphere of civil law, within which he provides complex legal help and assistance for clients with purchase, sale, leasing or sub-leasing and other legal relationships related to real estate.
Immigration law is a main field of specialization for Mgr. David Simko. In this field he is, above all, responsible for preparation of complex documentation related to submitting an application for temporary or permanent residence permit in the Slovak Republic, communication with foreign police offices and the execution of other actions connected to this.
